Steve Ashley was instrumental in the production on both of my CD's Inside Out in 2005, and Not what I had In Mind in 2008. Steve made me feel very relaxed right from my very first song. It was apparent immediately that he had an amazing talent in being both a sound engineer and a producer. He even added his musical abilities guitar and mandolin on my tracks and his back up vocals on a couple songs on my debut CD "Inside out" as he knew I was on a tight budget as an indie singer.. Both CD's were very professionally recorded in his studio and sounded amazing! better than what you hear on the radio ! Nothing is rushed and Steve is a perfectionist .The very first song recorded..... Darlin its Over.... went on to receive numerous nominations for song of the year, album of the year, and female vocalist of the year in Europe in 2006 at the ECMA Awards..
The second CD had a song..... You wouldnt lie to an angel would ya.... which got me nominated for new country artist of the year in the USA,s New Music Awards 2008 and was included in Chartbusters top country hits karaoke CD for April 2008 along with Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw and other top country artists..At the moment I am writing songs in my spare time... lol... and when I get some time to make more recordings Steve Ashley will be my first choice to produce and record them. He's the best..

Our experience with Steve Ashley (Heritage Recording Studios) has been nothing short of outstanding. To say he has gone that extra mile would be a complete understatement; he prioritizes your project and music just as you do and he does whatever he can to make the most out of your recording and your overall studio experience. I recorded my debut album at Heritage Studios under the direction of Steve Ashley. As a producer, Steve was able to build my songs from the ground up, crafting each one until they took on a life of their own. Steve is a masterful guitar player and lent his skills to every song. He is very well connected and highly regarded by skilled studio musicians who always made themselves available to come in and play on my record.
Steve is very efficient in the studio and little time is wasted on anything but the project. His ear for music and his vision of where to take the songs is invaluable. He is very punctual and is always in communication regarding studio bookings or changes to the schedule.
